Treated my home and my family with respect and didn't damage anything, which not all contractors seem concerned about. John was very knowledgeable and professional. John checked my system and the settling of my home. He informed me of some options to help improve the humidity and air in my home along with other issues. Unfortunately at this time I was unable to afford it at this time. John helped me set up my humidifier in the meantime to help with a moisture. I would definitely recommend John and the company ground Works.

He treated us with respect and really felt he listened to us. Leonard was involved from the beginning of the job till the end and did a great job of explaining the work he was doing and answered all of our questions in detail so we understood what to expect. Anthony and Ghaven did a wonderful job finishing up and cleaning everything up. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend Innovative Basement to anyone.
