My install technicians Noah Asheher and Alex Few were excellent. They called the day prior to remind us of the pending appointment and showed up on time the next day. They walked me through what the plan was prior to starting the work and were very courteous. They ran into some issues with our sprinkler line being in the way and took the initiative to circumvent to make sure the job was done right. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation. It was a cold and wet day. It would have been easy to cut some corners to try to get done and out of the rain, but they pushed through and went above and beyond. I appreciated the work ethic and professionalism from these two. What a great team!

Had a tremendous learning experience from Jamie Stegeman a certified field inspector for GROUNDWORKS formerly known as Innovative Basement Authority. Jamie did a very thorough inspection of my basement walls based on my concerns over cracks I noticed in my basement block walls. Using state of the art laser equipment Jamie examined and charted out the various movement taking place with the basement walls. He walked my through the process of his diagnosis and showed with a tape measure against the projected laser readings where my basement walls were both in and outside of engineering structural tolerances. Jamie was very knowledgeable, and patiently and professionally explained a plan to permantently stabilize my basement walls. Thank you Jamie for your expertise and willingness to share your time to help me understand the value of safetly proteting my family for years to come. We recently had Groundworks perform sidewalk leveling and crack repairs at both Valley View Estates (Byron, MN) and Valley High Apartments (Rochester, MN) and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept the work areas remarkably clean throughout the project. Several sections of our sidewalks had settled over time, leaving height differences of approximately 1.5–2 inches. Groundworks was able to lift and level those sections so they are now smooth, safe, and look great. A special thank you to Grant C. and Gabe P. for their outstanding work. They were friendly, professional, took the time to answer questions, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. It's always appreciated when a crew not only does excellent work but also leaves the job site clean and minimizes disruption. The repairs were completed much faster than I expected, with minimal disruption to our residents. The quality of the finished work exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone needing sidewalk leveling or concrete crack repairs. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Nick and Eric did a great job securing the wall, cleaning up the job site and keeping us informed as the project progressed. They were so Polite and knowledgeable. Gregg and Brandon arrived to raise the sidewalk and seal the joint. Job well done! They were good to keep us informed and answer Our questions. These 4 individuals did good work and represented your company very well. We also appreciate Patrick, the sales rep. He was very through and explained how the solve our problems. My recent work in my challenging basement was a wonderful experience…there were multiple challenges and shoddy work they had to deal with, and they did a fantastic job….the plumbing was bad, areas where pipes were not even connected…to say the least.Austen T,and his crew with Jason C,Noah B,and Blake C were top notch and hard workers, always kept me informed of their progress, day by day updates,answered all my questions besides explaining the structural issues..Can't say enough good things about your amazing crew..your lucky to have them and hope they continue on their journey with the company…On top of everything,the ice was a big issue also as I live on the side of a hill…Big applause to all involved.. definitely will recommend the company to anyone needing your services 🫵✌️👍🥇 💯🤝

We thought our window was leaking water, turns out it was cracks in our foundation Adam Johnson was the inspector that came out and walked over the process with me. He even came back a second time to answer questions my husband had in person. Very professional, very helpful, excellent customer service! The reality of leaking foundation and mold growing in our living space would have been much more overwhelming had Adam not been so informative and quick to respond. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
