Today Bryce Jacovetti from Groundworks came to look at a crack in the foundation of my house that was leaking water. He discovered that the water was actually coming from a city water main that broke causing water to go under the foundation. He was very helpful and worked with me to get the HOA maintenance folks over to try to shut off the water. The city maintenance folks have to come over to shut the water off because it's the city water line that is broken. In the meantime, he helped me with what are the documentation and evidence gathering to do for insurance purposes. I'm very grateful he was here to diagnose and walk me through this. It was a free quote/inspection, and he was very honest and didn't try to scare us or sell us into anything we didn't actually need. The actual quote just came back and seems reasonably priced, too, given the prices for everything these days.

We just had a consultation by Logan J. to look over our basement and exterior grading; we were very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection and the extensive information Logan was able to offer us. He was up-front about what we should be concerned about vs what are just aesthetic issues, and was able to give us some guidance on controlling moisture in the basement. For now we’re having Groundworks lift some concrete pads around the exterior of our home and plan to use them to lift our front porch this summer or next. I definitely recommend getting a consultation from Groundworks (especially Logan if you can!) to get a good understanding of the state of your home’s basement and foundation with no pressure or sales tactics.

I had a failing foundation wall and Jeremiah T, Dion R, and Jaden R did fantastic work installing the intellebrace system in my basement. There was a slight miscommunication prior to the crew arriving but Jeremiah found a solution quickly, avoiding any delays. I now have a sturdy, safe, and structurally sound foundation again! The guys finished on time, cleaned up very well and answered any questions I had. Great work! I would definitely recommend to anybody experiencing foundation problems.

The installers Isaiah McKeown and Chris Popouich, called us the day before and the day of the installation to let us know their arrival time. We walked through the project site and reviewed the contract. They answered all questions we had. As they installed the product, they were very careful and protect our property. After the completion of the project, they cleaned up and walked us through the project site. Both Isaiah and Chris were very professional and helpful. John was very knowledgeable and professional. John checked my system and the settling of my home. He informed me of some options to help improve the humidity and air in my home along with other issues. Unfortunately at this time I was unable to afford it at this time. John helped me set up my humidifier in the meantime to help with a moisture. I would definitely recommend John and the company ground Works.
