They removed another companies' failed attempt at resolving a bowed basement wall that has been an ongoing headache for over a year, and replaced it with IBA product. They did an AWESOME job!! :))) They didn't mind me asking questions along the way, were courteous, very prompt!, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. 👍🏻 I actually asked about another issue, that IBA unfortunately does not work on. Although the crew was unable to complete the job we had expected, Andrew was amazing to work with. He kept us abreast of everything they ran across including what might happened if they moved forward. He was very informative and helpful. He also contacted other engineers to confirm his decision. He went far beyond helping us, he even assisted us in finding a sub contractor to rebuild the basement wall and sent them measurements and pictures of the space. He is working on getting our down payment returned. Devon and Dion were great to work with as well, friendly and hard workers. Would definitely recommend all three of them.

Bryce Jacovetti came out to our house today to inspect and assess an area of block wall that was a concern to us. He checked our garage floor and walls, walked the outside foundation, checked the inside lower level and main floors. He then set up a laser level and checked the main floor for level. It was all level to 1/4 “. Then Bryce took his laser to the wall that had the area of concern and checked that for plumb. That too was within 1/4 “. Bryce then gave his assessment and told me there was no cause for concern and did not meet a grade 1, lowest level of foundation movement. What a relief! My wife had a sleepless night or two, worrying about this. I can’t thank Bryce enough for coming out and Groundworks for being a great company! Would 100% recommend!
