Dustin, Keiren and Jaden did a great job on the basement. There was a design concern upon arrival and Dustin brainstormed with me and the engineers to come up with a viable solution. There called ahead, kept me updated on the progress all along the way and took time to answer all my questions. I would use Innovative Basement again.

I called Groundworks due to a sinking sidewalk and driveway issue on my 1-year-old build that I had purchased 6 months ago. Groundworks sent out John Maness who was the most professional, and knowledgeable inspector i have ever dealt with when dealing with companies that provide home services! Even though the company is located in Fargo, they sent him out in less than a week, and he was willing to work around my busy work schedule. Johns thorough attention to detail when inspecting my home highlighted not only the issue with my concrete, but also a few hidden issues with moisture that I did not know that I had. John was prepared with all the tools and knowledge necessary to inspect my house, and had a proposal ready to fix my issues within 2 hours! What was even more mind-blowing was the actual cost to repair my concrete, and mitigate the moisture issues that I had with my home was beyond reasonable!!! Also the after service care and service that will come with my repairs and equipment is amazing!!! This company is top-notch and they will not sell you anything they do not need. I had other questions about some things that I noticed with my foundation that i had concerns about. I was informed by john that they're not here to sell me something that I don't need and he was able to show me why the the perceived issues that I had were in fact not an issue. The whole process of repairs were outlined in easy to understand videos showing the root cause of my issues and how they can fix those issues permanently, not just a bandaid! The best part about it is they will come out annually to check their work and make sure that everything is still in working order, and that the repairs that they have made on my concrete is in fact still doing its job!! They had many options for payment to include financing at an amazing rate if someone were unable to afford the repair costs. The whole process was smooth and painless. I would 10/10 recommend ground works for any foundations issues that I had to anyone!!!! Thank you Groundworks for helping me protect my investment!

Ben A , Groundworks Service Technician came by today for a check and maintenance visit today of our Groundworks installed products – Basement water tiles and pumps plus our Basement Support Beams. We were impressed by Ben’s professionalism and attention to detail. He gave a common sense explanation to all the work he was performing, while he was doing it. He left everything as he found it , but in better condition. Looking forward to our next annual inspection so Groundworks products keep being well maintained.

Abraham, Darius, and Thane were in my home on Monday. All day we could hear then laughing downstairs while they worked on our basement. They were clearly competent and very friendly, but it was the laughter that really got me. That's why the next day, when I had an event and had to go to the hospital, I was comfortable telling my husband to please tell them we were comfortable with them working there without us. Any team that gets along that well and enjoys working together that much is clearly comfortable at their work, and absolutely to be trusted. We had a blizzard after I got out of the hospital. Basement is so far so good, but I am super thrilled with their attitudes and commitment.

They removed another companies' failed attempt at resolving a bowed basement wall that has been an ongoing headache for over a year, and replaced it with IBA product. They did an AWESOME job!! :))) They didn't mind me asking questions along the way, were courteous, very prompt!, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. 👍🏻 I actually asked about another issue, that IBA unfortunately does not work on. Kudos to salesman Dave, Kelly in the Inver Grove office, and especially Project Coordinator Courtney who was instrumental in guiding me into, and thru this very successful project! 👍🏻👍🏻 g
