Robert Palmer, our project consultant, was very personable and professional. He explained our options and shared the technical details for a lasting repair alternative to complete floor replacement. He respected our decision to collect bids from other contractors before committing to any contractors’ proposal. We really liked that the repairs were within our budget and come with a five year warranty that’s extendible in five year increments and is transferrable to the next home owner.

They finished the job in one day, were courteous, and answered any questions we had. They explained how everything tied into our drain tile, and their attention to clean up and detail was awesome.
