We engaged groundworks to install hydraulic piers under cracked and sagging garage floors. Our terrific install team of Marc and Brandon performed a detailed analysis after they arrived, including drilling and measuring our slab depths along the sinking wall. They determined that unfortunately our slab itself was variable in depth and not thick enough throughout to support the work of hydraulic piers. Instead they were able do foam injections throughout to both give 30-50% of the targeted lift and provide additional slab depth and support to prevent future cracking. It wasn't what we hoped, but they did a great job of explaining the limitations of our site and providing the best intervention possible, all at a greatly reduced cost! Thanks, Marc and Brandon!!

I met with Noah to inspect the work my home needed, and then Marc and Brandon came out to fix our sagging concrete patios and sidewalk. The entire team was friendly and personable, respectful of my property and family, explained the process for me and answered any questions that I had, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best repair possible within my budget. I got quotes from a couple of companies and got pushy salespeople aimed only at a big paycheck. What a difference with this team, who were all so open and honest that I felt totally confident and comfortable working with them! Thanks, guys!

We had an absolutely positive experience from David, our salesman, as well as the crew. Collin, the crew foreman, was very responsive to any questions, concerns and greeted us each morning on the jobsite. Collin also, let us know what to expect the following day, and kept us well informed to the progress of the project while on site. I highly recommend IBA to anyone looking to have their crawlspace or anything "basementy"! Thanks David and crew! After the encapsulation, I might even venture into our clean, non-musty smelly, critter free crawlspace! I am most excited for warmer floors!! Whoop, whoop!

DeVon T. came out to my house this morning to do my annual Innovative Basement Authority inspection. DeVon was totally professional and cordial. He inspected the sump pump and beaver system that was previously installed by Innovative and once his inspection was complete we went through his checklist and discussed everything on it. His inspection included the inside of my house, the outside of my house, the driveway and the sidewalk. He discussion was to the point and very precision. You have one hell of an employee. Chaz came out to look at our basement that we were concerned was having moisture problems. It was a free quote/inspection, and he was very honest and didn't try to scare us or sell us into anything we didn't actually need. The actual quote just came back and seems reasonably priced, too, given the prices for everything these days.
