We have a 77 year old house and we ended up with multiple unexpected problems and the team took care of everything that popped up with professionalism and honesty. We were supposed to have work from Mon-Thur. Due to the additional problems discovered, the team stayed out until Sunday to ensure everything was done right. Couldn’t be happier. June 2026: I called on Groundworks to lift my sidewalk in front of my home and fix a large crack in the garage floors. Ben came by and assessed the job and he was very thorough and assured me they could help. Mark and Brandon came by and within a few hours they had the job done. They even did some lifting as well as filling the cracks in the garages. I highly recommend this company. October 2025: Wyatt S, Brian K and Fernando P. Worked on my crawlspace. They completed a large structural stabilization and installing Encapsulation cover and dehumidifier in 6 days. They were very respectful, provided excellent communication each day and kept the space so clean. I highly recommend this company as the do exactly what they said they would do!

We had our garage floor leveled and cracks filled and a basement wall waterproofed (gutter system with pump and wall seal) in Minneapolis in 2024. Both projects were done by people who take pride in their work and strive for the best outcome. Our garage floor was in sad shape, and Andrew spent extra time to get it as level as could be and filled the many cracks thoroughly. One side of the garage went up 4 inches to make it level again. As for our basement, Jeremiah T, Dion R, and Jaden R did a great job installing the gutter system under the floor with the pump, drainage, and wall seal membrane that went with it.

We engaged groundworks to install hydraulic piers under cracked and sagging garage floors. Our terrific install team of Marc and Brandon performed a detailed analysis after they arrived, including drilling and measuring our slab depths along the sinking wall. They determined that unfortunately our slab itself was variable in depth and not thick enough throughout to support the work of hydraulic piers. Instead they were able do foam injections throughout to both give 30-50% of the targeted lift and provide additional slab depth and support to prevent future cracking. It wasn't what we hoped, but they did a great job of explaining the limitations of our site and providing the best intervention possible, all at a greatly reduced cost! Thanks, Marc and Brandon!!
