Marc and Brandon did an amazing job going above and beyond! They not only repaired our driveway, but they also helped take care of our stone stairs that needed to be stabilized! They were so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will use them again in the future!

Ben A , Groundworks Service Technician came by today for a check and maintenance visit today of our Groundworks installed products – Basement water tiles and pumps plus our Basement Support Beams. We were impressed by Ben’s professionalism and attention to detail. He gave a common sense explanation to all the work he was performing, while he was doing it. He left everything as he found it , but in better condition. Looking forward to our next annual inspection so Groundworks products keep being well maintained.

Drain Tile and Sump Pump installation. From start to finish the service was excellent. David inspected our house, discussed what was needed, walked us through the estimate. David was consistently available for questions prior to the installation. Austin F., Dakota M. And Billy B. Were the installers. They were on time and communicated everything they were doing. They were polite, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable about the process. The installation looks great and the site was completely clean when they were done. I would highly recommend Groundwork’s and these staff for any work you need.

After a failed attempt by a friend to install new drain tile in my basement, we hired Groundworks. Jarod the estimator was awesome and is a solid, pleasant contact person to deal with. Very happy to have met him as he is and outstanding person. The crew was led by an amazing young man by the name of Ian. He had a work ethic that you just don’t see in this day and age. His crew Skyler and Andreas were awesome and we had zero concerns about them being in our house or about the quality of work they would do. We interacted with all of them, and they are all very pleasant, hardworking young men. Every one of them had great communication skills and kept us informed at every step of the way. I would recommend Groundworks Rush City and Ian and his crew without reservation! Thank you for the hard work guys, you worked your tails off for us, and it is very much appreciated. We had an absolutely positive experience from David, our salesman, as well as the crew. Collin, the crew foreman, was very responsive to any questions, concerns and greeted us each morning on the jobsite. Collin also, let us know what to expect the following day, and kept us well informed to the progress of the project while on site. I highly recommend IBA to anyone looking to have their crawlspace or anything "basementy"! Thanks David and crew! After the encapsulation, I might even venture into our clean, non-musty smelly, critter free crawlspace! I am most excited for warmer floors!! Whoop, whoop!

Dion Rozummy & Nick Schmid arrived promptly as promised for a 2 day project. They removed another companies' failed attempt at resolving a bowed basement wall that has been an ongoing headache for over a year, and replaced it with IBA product. They did an AWESOME job!! :))) They didn't mind me asking questions along the way, were courteous, very prompt!, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. 👍🏻 I actually asked about another issue, that IBA unfortunately does not work on. Kudos to salesman Dave, Kelly in the Inver Grove office, and especially Project Coordinator Courtney who was instrumental in guiding me into, and thru this very successful project! 👍🏻👍🏻 g

Chris answered all of my questions and explained everything his team would do during install. Then, Marcus, Logan and Goody did a wonderful job with install.
