Dave Anderson came to perform a technical check up on the sump pump I’d had installed a few years ago. While doing so, he observed my basement had very high humidity, leaving it musty and prone to mold — he had a solution ready, and within the next few hours had me set up with a powerful dehumidification system which has since left my basement comfortably dry and the cleanest it has been since I bought the house several years ago! Thoroughly grateful for his service — he has been nothing but professional, friendly, transparent about pricing, accommodating, and genuinely interested in finding a workable solution to my situation. My team did an amazing job. Josh walked me through everything before they started to make sure we were on the same page. Travis, Brandon and Andrew broke up and carried out enough concrete to make my back ache. It was rainibg the day they started and water was starting to come in. The entire job was done in 2 days and Brady walked through with me at the end to make sure all was good. Even during the heavy rains my basement is dry. I am very happy!
