It was a free quote/inspection, and he was very honest and didn't try to scare us or sell us into anything we didn't actually need. The actual quote just came back and seems reasonably priced, too, given the prices for everything these days.

Went with this local waterproofing service after a friend recomended them, and I have to say it worked out pretty well. The crew showed up on time and walked me thru what they were doing, which helped me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. Basement used to get a little damp after heavy rain, but since they finished the job it’s been dry and doesn’t have that musty smell anymore. Price felt fair for the work, and everyone was friendly enough. Not overly fancy, just solid work, I’d definately use them again if I needed it.

My garage floor had major cracks and was sinking. Crew – Marc & Brandon- showed up on time, explained in detail what they were doing & what I could expect. They answered all my questions, and worked efficiently & with care. Garage floor came out great!! Marc & Brandon even helped put a few items back in garage. Recommend very much.

On 12/4/25 the Rush City crew was out for 2 days to remove pavers & a ramp from the garage then dig up floor to make a trench to install anchors to the back of the brick wall which was bowed. Each of the crew (Austin F., Andrew W., RJ, Brandon & Dakota) was friendly & the foreman gave us constant updates on arrival times, access to garage, etc. We would highly recommend them for future projects.

Nick and Eric did a great job securing the wall, cleaning up the job site and keeping us informed as the project progressed. They were so Polite and knowledgeable. Gregg and Brandon arrived to raise the sidewalk and seal the joint. Job well done! They were good to keep us informed and answer Our questions. Dave & John came out to our house for our regular inspection of a system Innovative installed a couple years ago. They confirmed the system was working perfectly. They also inspected the rest of the house and found the house was tilting towards the walkout side. They recommended settlestop push piers to stabilize the house and keep it locked into place. They explained the problem and solutions clearly and effectively, including the pricing and financing options. I appreciate their thoroughness and straightforward approach. Highly recommend!

We had a drainage system installed in our basement in 2020 after flooding occurred. Everything has been working great, but we scheduled a maintenance check in spring of 2026, just in case. Michael B. came out to do the inspection and we were impressed with his thorough and detailed work. He identified where the purchased dehumidifier was discharging air against a wall and installed a vent to redirect the discharge free of charge. He clearly communicated his findings from the inspection. We feel confident in knowing how to care for our system moving forward.

Sinan was very professional during his visit with us while he described what it would cost and what the solution would be. He was very honest and genuine about what problems he saw and offered solutions for them (like extending gutters away from the house and explaining how water could be getting in.) It did not make us feel pressured at all to get it done and actually helped us understand the scope of the problem. Overall it was a great experience!

IBA installed a new sump pump for us in February 2024, and we’ve had multiple interactions with their team over the past year. First, Jade (the foreman) and his crew installed the sump pump on 2/12/24. Then, I believe on 2/29/24, Nick and another team member returned to trench outside and connect the discharge to the city system. A few months later, another crew member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) came out for some warranty work. Most recently, on 2/12/25, Devon T. completed the one-year maintenance. This review is long overdue for all of them! Every IBA team member we've worked with—including the estimators—has been outstanding. They have all been respectful, punctual, neat, thorough, and excellent communicators, keeping us informed throughout each step of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend IBA and their entire team. Thank you IBA and your team!
