I had the pleasure of working with Austin T,Wyatt S and Zane H and I must tell you that it was an overall AMAZING experience. They were all extremely respectful,very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my annoying questions with ease and I could tell immediately that they actually knew what they were doing and not just reading a script. Josh A, Greg H, and Max H, worker hard to get the job done quickly and effectively. They were proud of their work, and took care to keep everything cleaned. They were very informative about each step they were doing in the process. I highly recommend Innovative Basement Authority. Logan was amazing to work with as well. From explaining what needs to be done to me, the board, and the co-op members. I really enjoyed working with the company from begining to end.

Dustin Latterell was amazing- one of the most courteous and thorough experts I’ve had in my home. He went way above and beyond- took time to share his expertise and make sure I clearly understood the state of my existing system but also everything about the rest of my home- he took careful measurements and was able to put together drawings and specifications while still on site. He took extra care to sit down with me and run through everything he did and all of the recommendations based on the inspection. We talked about what projects that could be advantageous to do now and others that could be done later. Very informative and no-pressure conversation. I know a lot more about my house and garage and the current state of the foundation, and he was able to take a look at my deck and propose a couple quick and easy options that would prevent further sinking without ripping out the deck or yard or a bunch of construction. I genuinely felt like he was treating my house like it was his own- an exceptional level of care. It’s people like Dustin that really make the difference when choosing who to trust with this kind of work. 11 out of 10. Real pros

Many thanks to my work crew Austin T., Noah B. and Caitlin H. for a recent foundation project. Unfortunately, previous fixes to my foundation had not been 100% successful and needed much more to stop it from continuing to crack. There aren’t a lot of companies who can do this type of work. I’ve used them now 3 times over a 7 year period and hopefully don’t ever have to call again. In a good way. This way my house remains a viable residence and I don’t have to live in my car behind it. Thanks once again for the work and making this possible. Great crew, fast and efficient work considering the complexity of the project.

The i-beams installation work got done in just one day (rather than two) and there were gratefully no complications. The team cleaned up the area thoroughly as well and did everything with excellence.
