They removed another companies' failed attempt at resolving a bowed basement wall that has been an ongoing headache for over a year, and replaced it with IBA product. They did an AWESOME job!! :))) They didn't mind me asking questions along the way, were courteous, very prompt!, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. 👍🏻 I actually asked about another issue, that IBA unfortunately does not work on. Would 100% recommend this company for the services they provide. The salesman, Kendall, worked with me directly and honestly. He was very patient, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process prior to the work being done. The Forman on site, Chad, consistenly checked with me on the work that was done to ensure I was satisfied. He even worked extra when they were not getting the answers they needed to sign off the final paperwork.

Jake came over to do the inspection and was very thorough and professional. He explained what the problems were and gave us three levels of corrective measures. There was absolute no pressure on which to chose. We were very confident his choices.Hunter and Paul came to do the work. He told us what the project would entail and kept us up to date each step of the way. He and Paul were very professional and patient as we asked questions. We had one question Regarding mold and discussed it with Hunter and Jake. Jake said he would be in Grand Forks for an inspection and would come over and take a look. He and Hunter agreed on what they could do.Hunter and Paul worked so hard. When they were done he walked us though everything they had done and why. They were great.

Zach, Jerry, Rich, and Dema (not sure on spelling) just finished installing replacement egress Windows and new window wells at our home in NW MN. They finished the job in one day, were courteous, and answered any questions we had. They explained how everything tied into our drain tile, and their attention to clean up and detail was awesome.
