Nick and Eric did a great job securing the wall, cleaning up the job site and keeping us informed as the project progressed. They were so Polite and knowledgeable. Gregg and Brandon arrived to raise the sidewalk and seal the joint. Job well done! They were good to keep us informed and answer Our questions. On the day of our estimation appointment, Nathan Brand contacted us to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He first explained the estimation process and then invested a considerable amount of time investigating and determining a solution for our foundation issues. He then patiently and thoroughly explained the repair estimation. We ultimately decided not to proceed with the foundation repair at this time but are grateful for the time Nathan invested for our estimation.

Well, this is the second time I’ve had groundwork’s come do a project, the first time, they waterproofed part of my basement, this time they finished it. I will let the past be the past, there is no sense in bringing up old dirt but I will tell you I was very skeptical about calling them again. I almost went with a whole new company to come in and just see what they could do so I didn’t have to deal with them again. This time around was so easy and so quick, the crew that came out was very knowledgeable and so kind. When John my sales tech came out, I think he was here for around 4 hours! While I drilled him with questions, he was very patient and understanding of my concerns. I am very happy with the way it turned out and I would recommend groundwork’s to anyone looking to waterproof their basement!
