I cannot say enough, good about how thorough and professional he conducts The inspection. He gave me information straightforward and was more than willing to follow up with any concerns I might have. He even made certain I was able to contact him if I had any concerns. In a time it is challenging to find trustworthy and professional staff, Jacob’s reliability and trustworthiness was greatly appreciated. I recently had Ground Work’s complete basement, waterproofing services in my home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was absolutely outstanding. Gunner, Jose, Ezra, and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I felt confident in the work being done. They were respectful of my home, kept the workspace clean, and were always friendly and professional. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Nick and Eric did a great job securing the wall, cleaning up the job site and keeping us informed as the project progressed. They were so Polite and knowledgeable. Gregg and Brandon arrived to raise the sidewalk and seal the joint. Job well done! They were good to keep us informed and answer Our questions. These 4 individuals did good work and represented your company very well. We also appreciate Patrick, the sales rep. He was very through and explained how the solve our problems. We had a great experience with the crew from groundwork on a waterproofing and channel installation. The team of Adrian J, Erik O. and Andrew G. Were courteous, mindful of the rest of the house as they hauled concrete back and forth, and finished the job ahead of schedule. The installation looks great. Adrian was really helpful on communication of the project and what they did and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. The whole process from estimating, to scheduling, to the work was top notch – would highly recommend.

I had a problem with water coming into my basement over a half sill wall, Dave Anderson came and diagnosed the problem. Gregg P. and Kyle W. filled the void under the concrete slab with foam, checked for proper slope and drainage away from the house, and they caulked all potential problem areas thoroughly. All three were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and did the job efficiently, neatly with proper clean up. Thanks and 5 stars for all.

Nathan Brand was our basement inspector, and we were extremely satisfied with his level of expertise, his thorough inspection and analysis of our basement, and the amount of time that he spent with us educating us on the process. He told us straight up that he wasn’t going to leave for the day until we had all of our questions answered and we were completely satisfied that we had the information we needed in order to make a decision. They were able to reuse the cement footings rather than pour new, which adjusted the price and saved us money. Very honest and trustworthy company.
