Just had waterproofing work done in my basement. Got the best team I could have hoped for. The communication, accuracy of work/flawlessness of the completed project I could not be happier. Even had a couple there’s things come up & that they already knew to take care of. Thank you so much Santiago, Thain, Dakota & Abraham. Three day project completed in basically two. Very hard workers & great guys. Would highly recommend this company with any waterproofing needs!!!

The quality of leadership, process evaluation and workmanship is high – especially on high-risk, labor-intensive projects. This review goes out to our Inspector – Kevin from Groundwork’s in the Twin Cities. My wife and I have a garage floor that is cracked and had sunk a bit, so we reached out to Groundwork’s and a couple of other local firms to assess and quote the needed repairs. Kevin appeared right on time and talked us through the Groundwork’s assessment process. For the next 30 minutes or so, Kevin setup their equipment and analyzed the root cause of the crack and suggestions for repair. We then gathered again to discuss what he found, why the crack occurred, solutions for both the short term and long term, and pricing for each option. This wasn’t a high pressured sales call, this was a team that came prepared to diagnose the problem and present solutions! While it’s too cold to make the repairs in the middle of a MN Winter, we’ll be calling on Kevin come Spring! Well done Groundworks!

Our crawl space project was just completed (stablizing/jacking floor system and encapsulating the crawl space for moisture control). When we requested an estimate, Jan was very responsive in getting this set up immediately. He worked through and explained the project well. The project was completed by Zach, Brandon, and Ethan. They were professional and answered our questions. They worked long days to get the project completed in a timely manner. They were very orderly and kept our place very clean and organized. Zach was very easy to get in touch with and kept us informed during the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the work and the customer service of this company.

Groundwork's came to my house today for an estimate of my steps and garage. The technician that came named Chaz went above and beyond. Showed me what was happening to my steps and garage. He explained the whole process that they would take to remedy the problem.He also help easing the mind by testing for moisture in my house. I believe they go above and beyond to help with costumer's needs and problems. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone how is having issues with foundation and more.
