Chad and Drinor did a great job on my north basement wall. They waterproofed it by adding a interior drainage gutter, sump pump and sheeting. They also used beams that connect with rods to plates in the yard to support and straighten the cinder block wall. When finished they cleaned everything up and walked me through to explain everything they did. Thanks guys

Drain Tile and Sump Pump installation. From start to finish the service was excellent. David inspected our house, discussed what was needed, walked us through the estimate. David was consistently available for questions prior to the installation. Austin F., Dakota M. And Billy B. Were the installers. They were on time and communicated everything they were doing. They were polite, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable about the process. The installation looks great and the site was completely clean when they were done. I would highly recommend Groundwork’s and these staff for any work you need.

Marc and Brandon did an excellent job as usual. They really work well together as a team, and they are friendly and informative to the resident. We will definitely work with innovative basement again in the future! I had IBA install a mix of Intellijacks and carbon strips in on one of my basement walls. Dylan really hung in there on the prior project and came up with a workable solution for me — I felt he went far out of his way and demonstrated care that is rare.. During the yearly follow up for that work (which is holding up), it was identified that some Intellijacks for foundation beams would help solidify my house (the beams were wood and not large enough, so the house was shifting). Ricky did a great job explaining the situation and my options. He also spoke at length with me and took time to help me understand when I had questions and got confused. Jeremiah T and Mark F. did the work and were excellent. It was invasive work, but they were pleasant to be around, communicated clearly, were fast, and kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterward. No one wants to have this sort of work be necessary — IBA was recommended by a construction friend and I agree they are a good choice if you do need this sort of work. Professional, thorough, and guarantees included with their products and work.

After a failed attempt by a friend to install new drain tile in my basement, we hired Groundworks. Jarod the estimator was awesome and is a solid, pleasant contact person to deal with. Very happy to have met him as he is and outstanding person. The crew was led by an amazing young man by the name of Ian. He had a work ethic that you just don’t see in this day and age. His crew Skyler and Andreas were awesome and we had zero concerns about them being in our house or about the quality of work they would do. We interacted with all of them, and they are all very pleasant, hardworking young men. Every one of them had great communication skills and kept us informed at every step of the way.
