Having a massive foundation repair is a very stressful experience. If you find yourself in this boat, go with IBA. We have a 77 year old house and we ended up with multiple unexpected problems and the team took care of everything that popped up with professionalism and honesty. We were supposed to have work from Mon-Thur. Due to the additional problems discovered, the team stayed out until Sunday to ensure everything was done right. Couldn’t be happier. We had Dion Rozumny, Nick Bartone, and Nick Schmid out to fix pillars that were sinking into the clay soil, and they did an excellent job. We were very happy with the entire project and appreciated everyone’s attention to detail from start to finish. Thanks as well to Logan Jacovetti for answering our questions during the estimating process. This was our second project with Groundworks, and we’ve had a great experience both times.
